Main Features

Cutting Capacity of 250mm x 230mm and can operate also in automatic cycle in NC Machine with controlled double axis so as to obtain on the same bar with 10 type of diffrent and quantities.

Automatic Cycle (Single Program)

Carries out the cycle programmed directly. After setting the length and the number of necessary pieces. It carries out the program stopping the cycle and giving a light and sound alarm to seprated the pieces cut in that program.

Single Cycle

It can work with 1 sequence containing maximum 10 programs chosen among maximum stored programs. It enables to run the program contained in the selected sequence and at the end of each programs it gose to the next one program by pressing START button.

Continuous Cycle

Like the single cycle, By the end of each program it automatically goes to the next program by activating this mode.

Utility Step

Accessible from every cycle, make the bar facing cut, the first piece cut and stop to enable us measure the cut piece to be measured.

Semi-Automatic Cycle

Starting the cycle the vice closes and the motor starts-the head lowers to cut the motor stop and the head return and vice get open and cut pieces get counted.
